According to the public relations of the National Association of Plastic Industries of Iran (INPIA), the 23rd meeting of the Education Commission of the National Association of Plastic Industries of Iran was held this morning, September 6, at the Polymer and Petrochemical Research Institute of Iran. According to the decision of this commission, the meetings of the training commission of the National Association of Plastic Industries of Iran will be rotated. The meeting was chaired by Javad Hobe Fekr and the next meeting was scheduled to be chaired by Mahshid Ghiasi. The agenda of the commission was; Pre-order news, introduction of the list of proposed specialists and the executive plan of the film working group, necessary programs for holding a seminar to acquaint the growth center companies with the large industry member companies of the association and discussion and establishment of the National Association educational complex in software. According to this report, in the pre-order news, issues such as a two-day seminar on polymer packaging and a corporate governance meeting in economic enterprises, etc. were discussed. Mahshid Ghiasi said in the first part of the meeting: “One of the ongoing programs of the door and window profile working group is to hold a meeting with the managers of this industry to get to know the importance of the issue.” He also announced the holding of 6 training courses in different provinces in 1996. Mohammad Sabramooz also presented the list of film working group experts in this meeting. Also in another part of the meeting, Roya Mashayekhi, regarding the familiarization seminar of the growth center companies or large industrial companies, said: “Currently, about 47 companies are operating in the growth center. By holding this meeting, the opportunity to cooperate and attract them by Large companies are provided. He continued: “Some of these companies are currently producing and have become commercialized in such a way that they should be able to communicate with the body of the industry in order to use their services and innovate.” Alireza Tork, Deputy Chairman of the Education Commission, stated that the main purpose of holding the seminar was to attract these companies by large economic enterprises that have financial facilities and so on. Mashayekhi also suggested that companies provide their information on one page. According to him, at least 15 companies from the units located in the growth center will attend this seminar. He offered to hold a company acquaintance seminar sincerely and regardless of official methods. Mashayekhi also offered to visit the institute on the day of the seminar, which was approved. According to this report, after discussion, it was decided to hold this meeting in B2B format. The last agenda of this meeting was the subject of discussion and review of the establishment of the National Association educational complex in the form of software. In this section, Milad Mehranpour explained about educational systems in the United States. Mehranpour introduced the model of the American Spe Association and the type of relationship between this association and educational centers and the type of courses and seminars that are held under the auspices of Spe. He provided various benchmarks to model the structure of the software training complex of the National Association of Plastic Industries of Iran. In this section, it was suggested to identify capable manufacturing companies to enter the training section. According to members, even overseas instructors can be used for the education sector. Turk mentioned that one of the goals of the educational complex is to have a long-term calendar for the education sector. Also in this section, it was suggested to create a special page on the website of the National Association of Plastic Industries of Iran.
