The tough and valuable presence of each esteemed member in the elections of the association shows its importance and position in advancing the lofty goals of the industry and is a support for the board to be able to work seriously and persistently to realize the programs of the association. It is an honor to take this opportunity to thank and appreciate the valuable services and thoughtful management of my esteemed friends on the board of previous courses, especially Mr. Motusalian and Mr. Sahaf Amin, and while wishing success to those nobles, I look forward to their valuable guidance and guidance. The history of organizational actions in the industry, considering the evolution of the economic environment and social space of the country, has shown the intelligence of our colleagues in the plastics and polymer industry. At different times, according to the existing conditions in the country, the structural structure of the industry has been able to defend the rights and interests of industrialists and provide good interaction with influential elements both in the upstream and downstream sectors and with the government. Now, the National Association of Polymer Industries is a newer approach and tailored to the needs of the industry and the requirements of the country’s macroeconomic environment and is a powerful tool to integrate the demands of industry activists and advance it in interaction with government and the private sector. In the last three terms, in addition to creating good trust between members and moving towards integration in decisions and exercising the will and demands of members in major decisions, the esteemed board has been able to prioritize collective interests over individual and group interests and enhance the association. Forgive. The formation of four specialized commissions and the regular meetings of the commissions have provided the necessary specialized tools to exercise the will of the association, and the educational and research activities have been carried out as a basis for better understanding of the issues and providing measured solutions. The performance report of the board of directors of the third period indicates the chapters of the association’s activities that should be followed with strength and vigor in the fourth period. Due to the role and importance of specialized and professional studies on the issues in the fourth term, the association structure of the association should be strengthened and the decisions of the association should be based on the specialized studies of the commissions. One of the priorities of the National Association in the new era is to fulfill the expectation of the founders of the Association to transform the National Association into the Association of Polymer Industry Associations. This is because the relationship between member organizations and the National Association is unclear. The National Association does not have the expertise to comment on all specialized aspects of the industries related to its organizations, nor is it able to coordinate with other member organizations in terms of communication and the ability of the House Secretary. We have to work harder on this in the future. The lack of statistics and information is felt in all industries, including the plastics and polymer industries. We should enter into negotiations with experts in this field in the Statistics Center and do serious and lasting work for this department. Since statistics is the introduction and planning infrastructure at all levels, we will seriously put this issue on the agenda of this course. In recent years, the issue of Iran’s economic ties with other countries through the pursuit of negotiations on bilateral and multilateral economic and trade agreements has been seriously raised. Formulation and approval of preferential trade and free trade agreements with neighboring countries and the region will have a major impact on facilitating the export of plastic and polymer products to target markets and the import of these products into the country, which is necessary given the importance and impact on The success or failure of the units should seriously focus on this issue and establish a constructive interaction with the relevant institutions in the government. Playing an effective role in joint economic commissions with other countries Monitoring industry-related events worldwide, monitoring and analyzing foreign economic and political components affecting the industry, as well as monitoring and influencing the economic components of the domestic environment are the most important priorities of the delegation. The board will be in the fourth term. Constructive interaction with the upstream and downstream elements of the industry in terms of maximizing the interests of members throughout the value chain of the plastics industry will be one of our most important agendas in this period. Scientific study and analysis of value along the chain helps to improve and improve the durability and reliability of all elements of the industry value chain. Examining the structure of import tariffs and using the “effective tariff” system in reforming import tariffs on raw materials and industrial products and holding specialized training courses and seminars in this regard also helps to recognize the benefits and follow it properly in interaction with the Ministry of Industry. Managing and applying the association’s opinion on industry-related events, especially exhibition events, as well as creating common interests for members by studying and reviewing the establishment of EMC Export Management Company with the support of the Chamber of Commerce and the Ministry of Industry can maximize members’ interests from any vote and destruction meeting. Reduce the benefits of non-constructive competition. The position of the Technical Commission is very high and influential due to the importance of expert comments on issues related to this commission and especially the technical study on the perspective and future of the plastics industry. The main challenge facing the industry and its future in the country will be reached through the studies and studies of this commission. The basis of the fourth board is to strengthen the technical commission and promote its role in decision-making. We expect this commission to be able to provide appropriate solutions with major short-term and long-term approaches to the major challenges facing the industry, especially in the environmental discussions and risks ahead.
