According to INPIA, the agenda of the first annual general assembly of the Iranian Oil Industry Federation was: Hearing the report of the board of directors and the inspector, approving the performance and financial balance sheet of 1995 and planning for 1996, selecting the main and alternate inspectors, selecting the widely circulated newspaper, determining the annual membership fee of the members in 1996. In this assembly, Farshid Shokr Khodaei was selected as an inspector of the Iranian Audit Inspection Society. The report of the board of directors, treasurer and inspector was also heard and the information newspaper was designated as the official newspaper. Following this meeting, the performance and financial balance of the year 1 and the plans of the year 1 were approved and also the determination of the membership fee was reduced from 2 million Tomans in the year 1 to 2 million Tomans and the entry of the same 2 million Tomans was approved. It is worth mentioning that Ali Lashkari, a member of the board of directors and the head of the Organizations Commission of the National Plastic Association of Iran, attended the assembly on behalf of the National Association.
