According to the public relations of the National Association of Plastic Industries of Iran ( Inpia ), the forty-first meeting of the Export Commission of the National Association of Plastic Industries of Iran with the presence of representatives of organizations and experts in the office of the Association National Plastic and Polymer Industry of Iran was held.
The agenda of the meeting was: news related to the export of the plastics industry, the strategy of the plastics industry in the field of exports, the entry of the Competition Council into the field of petrochemicals, review of policies to support the export of polymer raw materials.
In the first part, there was news about how to export goods to Pakistan. According to one of the members present at the meeting, one of the most important reasons for the interest of traders in smuggling to Pakistan is the high export tariff to this country. This is if Pakistan does not have an independent plastics industry and supplies 90% of its market through Iranian goods.
Another point that was raised in this section was the elimination of the exchange currency for the import of machinery, which, according to Kimiai from the Office of Chemical and Cellulose Industries of the Trade Development Organization, is the elimination of the exchange currency of machines related to Chapter 39.
