The opening ceremony of the 14th specialized exhibition “Isfahan Plast” and the 11th specialized exhibition “Color, Resin, and Industrial Coatings (Paintex)” was held with the presence of Dr. Ansari-Nik, CEO of Bandar Imam Petrochemical Company, Dr. Mehdi Taghiani, member of the Economic Commission and representative of Isfahan in the Islamic Consultative Assembly, Dr. Mostafa Doltiar, head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ representative office in Isfahan province, and several other government officials and members of the Persian Gulf petrochemical industries group. After foreign delegations met with industry owners, visits to the booths at the exhibition took place.
This exhibition is being held with the participation of more than 80 companies from the provinces of Isfahan, Tehran, Yazd, Fars, Alborz, Qom, Lorestan, Qazvin, Khuzestan, Mazandaran, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari. Three foreign delegations from Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria are also present as special guests at this event.
Some of the side events of this exhibition include a gathering of members of the Plastic Industry Trade Union and a meeting of petrochemical company managers with polymer industry activists in Isfahan province. Specialized and educational programs will be held in the exhibition booths to enhance knowledge in related industries.
Members of the National Association of Polymer Industries of Iran also had a strong presence at this exhibition and showcased their capabilities. As is customary every year, representatives of the National Association of Polymer Industries of Iran visited the members’ booths.
