Considering the position of the two countries in the global energy and food markets, this conflict and its expected consequences cannot be reduced to a conflict between the two countries. As we have seen during these months, this military conflict has changed the international economic and political environment.
Considering the close political relations with Russia, the coincidence of this war with the JCPOA negotiations, the special geographical location and of course the influence of the world markets of basic goods, Iran is on the one hand exposed to the negative consequences of this global crisis, and on the other hand, if it acts intelligently, It can benefit from the opportunities created by this crisis in order to develop exports. In this report, it has been tried to pay attention to the opportunities created by the sanctions and the reaction of other countries to the situation. The analysis of this report shows that the three countries China, Turkey and the UAE have achieved the most success in using the conditions of sanctions against Russia, and Turkey is considered the most important competitor of Iran in taking advantage of the opportunity created.
