The National Polymer Industries Association of Iran organized educational workshops for children on waste separation at the recycling exhibition. In these workshops, the instructor familiarized the children with the concept of circular economy and taught them how to convert recyclables into useful items. They also explained the process of plastic waste separation and recycling. We believe that children are the primary audience for plastic recycling.

The fifth Recycling, Waste, and Related Equipment Exhibition was held in Tehran for four days in February of this year. The National Association, by creating a special zone for plastic recycling, brought together companies involved in this industry such as machinery manufacturers, granule producers, polyethylene and polypropylene recyclers, and plastic recycling-related applications. The aim was to showcase the capabilities of Iran’s recycling industry.
