According to INPIA, the third meeting of the air molding working group of the Education Commission of the National Association was held on Tuesday, May 7, at the Polymer and Petrochemical Research Institute of Iran. In this meeting, in addition to Alireza Turk, Naqibi from Parand Jihad, Rahnama from Polymer Research Institute, Ali Shojaei from the Society of Mold Makers, Eghtedari and Farzaneh Alirezaei, Secretary of National Unity, were present. According to the needs assessment conducted in previous sessions and determining the educational topics for the planned courses, the main topic of this meeting was to determine the appropriate professors to prepare the content of the training courses. Alireza Turk (Chairman of the Education Commission) first explained the planning of the courses: “In the meeting before Eid, it was decided to separate the issue of PET molding and first to hold a general wind molding course. We have more or less specified the topics. Also, a series of sub-chapters have been specified to some extent, and this meeting was held more in order to select a professor or a team of professors. After forming this team, we ask our friends for an opportunity to prepare the content, make the necessary arrangements for holding the course, and informing, advertising, and so on. To achieve this goal, we tried to invite a combination of experienced professors and experienced and reputable craftsmen. Then Dr. Eghtedari presented his suggestions for the superior quality of the courses: “I think goal setting is very important in holding these training courses. What is our main purpose of holding? Is it just going to be a course or do we want it to be fully functional and functional and do we have a purposeful perspective? About the experience of courses outside Iran I personally had the experience of attending these courses in 2005 in Germany. In Germany, after the sale of machines, companies hold training courses for car buyers as well as factory workers in order for companies to achieve a suitable production vision. For example, one of the companies had bought 10 inflatable cars for 2 million Euros and held a course for its employees and it was done in a completely purposeful way. So this goal must be clearly defined. Secondly, we need to see who our target audience is in these courses. Are they employees? Are the people working in the workshops or not, the students related to these fields are supposed to be our audience? In fact, this audience must be determined first, and in the next step, we must produce and prepare content. » The Turkish engineer replied: “Our audience is not students but artisans. Of course, students and researchers may also be present, but we have no purpose for them, and most of the artisans are our target. Our main goal is to identify the problems and concerns of artisans. To create a content and this content becomes a referenced and citation reference. We have not had any training courses in this field in Iran so far, and although the work of the association is not education, we can give the desired shape to this field for our part. It is natural that if these courses are held in a favorable way, various educational institutions and institutions will continue to cooperate with us and it will become a long-term trend. » Following various discussions about the faculty team and content, and finally Dr. Rahnama, Engineer Naghibi and Dr. Eghtedari were appointed as faculty team and it was decided to have specific meetings to prepare the content.
