During the second day of the IFPEX 2 Exhibition in Iran, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Union of Print and Packaging Manufacturers and Exporters and the National Polymer Industry Association of Iran. Saeed Turkman, the head of the National Polymer Industry Association, mentioned that since 30% of the country’s polymer producers are active in the packaging sector, the printing industry complements the packaging industry. This collaboration is expected to enhance the printing and packaging industries and the polymer sector in the near future. The aim is to produce products of high quality and international standards.

 

This agreement aims to develop and strengthen the printing, packaging, and polymer industries based on goals such as developing polymer technologies, achieving innovation, exchanging knowledge and experience, improving standards, research and development, knowledge exchange and education, sustainable development of printing, packaging, and polymer industries, joint marketing, and creating a packaging clinic.
